Can I see candidates before I commit to anything?
Yes. Once you have booked a demo you can browse our Talent Pool of Top Candidates for free: vetted specialists grouped by role, each with a rate, a highlight, skills and experience. If someone fits, your account manager sets up the interview.
What is Activate Academy, and are all your specialists graduates?
Activate Academy is our own training program. People are trained on real tools and workflows, assessed, and certified before they are introduced to clients. Not every specialist we place comes through the Academy; graduates carry a badge on their profile. Each cohort is small, so graduates are introduced to clients in the order requests are received.
