About the Role
Photo Editor (Mid-level) - 2 openings
About the role We are a fast-growing apparel brand with an in-house team of 10 photo editors. At our current scale and volume, with frequent last-minute requests, we're adding two experienced mid-level photo editors dedicated to afternoon and evening Pacific time coverage, 3pm-7pm PST, Monday to Friday. Part-time, about 20 hours per week, fully remote, starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch high volumes of ecommerce and apparel product images to brand standards
- Color correct and color grade images, keeping product colors accurate and consistent across shots, angles and collections
- Turn around last-minute and same-day requests quickly during the 3-7pm PST window
- Prepare final assets in the right sizes and formats for site, marketplace and marketing use
- Follow the team's style guides and file workflows and flag issues early
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional photo editing or retouching, ideally ecommerce or apparel
- Expert Adobe Photoshop, especially color correction, color matching and retouching
- Strong eye for color and detail
- Comfortable with high volume and fast turnarounds
- Reliably available 3pm-7pm PST, Monday to Friday
- Good written English and clear communication

- Lightroom or Capture One
- Photoshop actions and batch processing
- D2C or consumer apparel brand experience
- Canva or Figma
Deal-breakers
- Not strong in Photoshop coloring/color correction
- Can't commit to the 3-7pm PST window
