Chief of Staff / Operations Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a highly capable Chief of Staff / Operations Lead to serve as a trusted right hand to the founder. This is not a traditional executive assistant role—you’ll be an all-around operator who can own details, improve systems, and jump into whatever the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the founder’s go-to operational partner across day-to-day priorities.
• Organize and drive execution across projects, teams, and workflows.
• Identify gaps, improve processes, and help create stronger team structure.
• Coordinate tasks that are being redistributed across the team.
• Work hands-on in business systems and operational tools as needed.
• Support e-commerce operations, including Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• Take ownership of both strategic coordination and detailed “get-it-done” work.
• Help establish clear priorities and accountability as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar high-ownership role.
• Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable operating independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok Shop is a plus.
• E-commerce experience is highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• No-task-too-small mindset and willingness to get hands dirty.
