Amazon Listing & Catalog QA Specialist

We’re helping our client find an Amazon Listing & Catalog QA Specialist to oversee quality control across a growing portfolio of bedding brands. In this role, you will review Amazon listings, pricing, promotional content, deals, and coupons for accuracy and consistency before and after they go live.

Responsibilities:

• QA product images, A+ Content, and listing videos for accuracy and quality before and after they go live
• Check pricing across listings to catch errors before they cost us money
• Review listing copy (titles, bullets, descriptions) for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines
• Prepare and QA deal flat files before submission
• Qual-check coupons for correct discounts, dates, budgets, and eligible products
• Check listings for red “Limited Time Deal” badge eligibility and troubleshoot when it’s missing or wrong

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (required)
• Sharp attention to detail — comfortable catching small errors across a high volume of listings
• Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets, including flat file uploads

• Familiarity with Amazon deals, coupons, and badge mechanics is a strong plus

• Excel or Google Sheets.
