About the Role
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager who can operate autonomously and serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership. This role reports directly to the COO and requires someone comfortable interacting with executives and influencing decision-making across the organization.
We are looking for a true FP&A leader—not an accountant—who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate financial data into strategic insights that drive operational and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and advanced variance analysis, with a deep understanding of operational drivers in manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management. Experience in the consumer goods (CPG) space and familiarity with the U.S. consumer market are major advantages.
