What You'll be Doing

Our client is seeking a skilled .NET developer to join our team and contribute to the development of software using the .NET framework. In this role, you will be responsible for creating applications from the ground up, configuring existing systems, and providing user support. This candidate must possess the ability to write functional code and be able to identify and resolve defects. Collaboration and effective communication are essential, as you will be working closely with internal teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This is a fully remote position. Job Title – Software Engineer II  Develop and maintain software while writing clean, scalable code; our primary tools are C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Azure  Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  Test and deploy applications  Revise, update, refactor and debug existing code  Effectively troubleshoot and resolve site errors  Integrate data from various back-end web services and databases  Ensure cross-browser compatibility with new features  Scope and determine timelines for implementation of business objectives  Participate in weekly business objective meetings  Work with business users to QA and refine business logic  Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)  Work with other business areas (SEO, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to troubleshoot technical issues and develop custom software to make their job easier Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field  3+ years’ experience in C#, .NET Framework  3+ years’ experience in E-Commerce  Working knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS or Azure)  Proven experience as a .Net Developer (C#, .NET) and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model- View-Controller (MVC))

 Web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript  Experience with SQL Server, Transact-SQL, Stored Procedures and SQL Server Management Studio  Experience with RESTful web services and ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI  Source code version control (GIT)  Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills  Strong work ethic, reliable, dedicated and attention to detail  Ability to participate in all phases of software development  Knowledge of Microsoft Azure  Knowledge of Netsuite ERP system a plus Working Conditions  Office Environment – Fully remote position.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of C# and .NET Framework experience, 3+ years of E-Commerce development, and hands-on cloud platform (AWS or Azure) expertise.

Netsuite ERP system knowledge, experience with design/architectural patterns, and familiarity with advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
