TikTok Shop Specialist

Hours: Full-time preferred; UK working hours

About the role

We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Specialist to act as a right-hand partner in managing and scaling client TikTok Shops. You’ll work closely with the founder across new client accounts, owning daily execution and helping build a high-performing fulfillment team over time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage TikTok Shop accounts for client brands
• Run creator outreach and manage creator relationships
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and follow up with creators
• Support shop growth through TikTok Shop ads and platform-led initiatives
• Maintain high-quality, human-sounding communication with clients and creators
• Help improve workflows, delivery standards, and client experience
• Identify when additional team support is needed and help grow the team as the agency scales

Requirements

• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience
• Experience with creator outreach, influencer management, or affiliate programs
• Strong written English and professional client communication
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and priorities
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop’s native tools; experience with Yuka or similar outreach tools is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willing to learn quickly—minor skill gaps are fine, but you must already understand TikTok Shop fundamentals

Ideal candidate

You’re someone who can take ownership, communicate thoughtfully, and help turn a growing agency’s fulfillment operation into a scalable, high-quality function. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be confident operating inside TikTok Shop without extensive training.

Hands-on TikTok Shop experience with proven creator outreach and influencer management background, strong written English, ability to manage multiple client accounts independently, and UK working hours availability.

Experience with Yuka or similar creator outreach tools, affiliate program management, and prior agency or scaling team experience.

TikTok Shop platform, creator outreach and CRM tools (Yuka or equivalent), and standard communication/productivity software.
