About the Role
Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Amazon Brand Operations Assistant to support our apparel brand portfolio on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, product listing management, and performance reporting. The assistant will play a key role in streamlining daily tasks, maintaining accuracy across systems, and ensuring smooth backend operations to support catalog growth and inventory health. Key Responsibilities Listing Management & Troubleshooting • Populate listing templates for new SKUs using provided keyword and content inputs • Upload and update product listings in Amazon Seller Central • Open and manage Amazon support cases related to listing errors or suppression issues (Our regular VAs do this, but the JBM should oversee and step in to help when needed) • Conduct weekly listing health checks (buy box status, suppression, BSR changes, etc.) Inventory & Forecast Support • Monitor inventory levels and days of supply across SKUs • Update replenishment and forecasting reports to prevent stockouts or overstock • Track shipment and receiving statuses for FBA/AFN inventory Pricing, Promotions & Deals • Monitor coupon status and submit coupons (Our regular VAs do this, but the JBM should oversee and step in to help when needed) • Monitor Amazon deal eligibility and deadlines; submit and edit deals under Brand Manager direction (Toggle on and off SKUs from Deals/Sales/PEDs based on DOS) • Execute price changes under Brand Manager direction Reporting • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports • Maintain weekly keyword and search trend reports • Perform weekly return analysis and document patterns by SKU • Assist with updating the product improvement tracker using Voice of Customer (VOC) insights • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed (Execute Return/Review Analysis, at Brand Manager’s direction) (Building Reports to provide analysis on different strategy tests) (ERP system initial uploads and keeping up to date) Product Research and Project Management • Assist BM in tracking and documenting competitor trends and keyword search volume trends • Assist BM in preparing forecasting sheets • Documenting product sample tracker and product information in Asana Qualifications • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is a plus (training provided) • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must-Have Skills
Entry-level candidate with strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), excellent organizational and communication skills, and basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central or willingness to learn quickly.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with eCommerce operations, Amazon Seller Central, inventory management systems, competitive analysis, or project management tools like Asana.
