About the Role
Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll own the full performance of your assigned brand accounts - sales, advertising, growth, and the client relationship. You'll set the strategy, direct the Account Manager(s) supporting your accounts, and be the person a client actually talks to about how their business is doing. You report to a Brand Director, who checks in with you regularly on your numbers - but the plan to hit them is yours to build.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
*Sales and advertising performance, including PPC campaign strategy and optimization
*Promotions, deals, coupons, and brand-tailored growth initiatives
*Proposing the sales forecast for your accounts - you bring the plan, your Brand Director approves it
*Day-to-day client relationship and communication, including reporting and meeting cadence
*Directing the Account Manager(s) on your accounts - reviewing their work and assigning daily priorities
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
*Hitting the sales forecast you set for your accounts
*Ad spend efficiency (ACOS/TACOS) on target
*Clients who trust you and stick around
*Reports that go out on time, every time
