About the Role
Our client is looking for a seasoned Mid–Senior Level Packaging Designer to join on a short-term project spanning several weeks. This is an opportunity for a highly creative, design-forward thinker who can take packaging concepts from initial vision through detailed execution and final print-ready deliverables.
You’ll work closely with our team, taking creative direction while bringing your own expertise, strong design instincts, and attention to detail to the table.
What You’ll Do
- Develop packaging designs from concept through final execution
- Translate creative direction and brand vision into compelling, cohesive packaging
- Think strategically about brand identity, visual language, hierarchy, and consumer experience
- Create highly detailed, production-ready packaging artwork
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure all technical specifications are accurate
- Work across layouts, typography, imagery, color, dielines, finishes, and other packaging elements
- Collaborate with our team to refine concepts and execute against feedback
- Ensure consistency across packaging while maintaining a strong and recognizable brand identity
- Troubleshoot design and production considerations throughout the process
Project Details
- Engagement: Project-based
- Duration: Several weeks
- Level: Mid–Senior
- Compensation: Open to either a project-based rate or hourly rate
- Deliverables: Detailed, production-ready and print-ready packaging assets
Ideal Candidate
The ideal person is someone who can look at a brief and immediately understand how to elevate the design, while also having the technical expertise to execute every detail correctly. You’re equally comfortable thinking about the big-picture brand vision and obsessing over the small details that make a final packaging file production-ready.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
