Affiliate & Creator Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate & Creator Manager to take ownership of a growing creator and affiliate program from end to end. In this role, you’ll manage creator sourcing, gifting, affiliate activation, relationship management, and performance tracking across key social and e-commerce platforms.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands creator marketing, enjoys building strong relationships, and is equally comfortable using data to drive decisions and growth.

The Role

You’ll run the entire creator engine across TikTok Shop and Instagram — sourcing creators, managing samples and gifting, activating affiliates, and turning gifted product into posted content and sales.

This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role for someone who lives in creator marketing and loves both the relationship side and the numbers.

What You’ll Own

TikTok Shop / Euka

• Run outreach campaigns.
• Review and approve creator sample requests using our scoring rubric (GMV, post rate, category fit, aesthetic).
• Manage the pipeline in TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Instagram & LTK

• Source aesthetic-aligned creators.
• Run personalized DM outreach.
• Maintain the creator tracker (DMed → responded → joined → posted).

Affiliate Program (UpPromote)

• Activate and grow our affiliate base.
• Manage the commission structure and discount codes.
• Re-engage dormant affiliates.

PR Gifting

• Coordinate free gifting orders.
• Track deliveries.
• Follow up so every gift turns into content.

Reporting

• Provide weekly numbers on samples sent, content posted, affiliate GMV, and top-performing creators.

Success in 90 Days Looks Like

• A consistently full, well-scored sample pipeline.
• A measurable lift in creators actually posting, not just receiving gifts.
• Affiliate GMV trending up month over month.
• Clean weekly reporting the founder can act on.

• 2+ years in influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing (DTC or e-commerce preferred).
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and creator affiliate tools (Euka, UpPromote, LTK, or similar).
• A sharp eye for aesthetic and brand fit, plus comfort reading conversion data.
• Strong, warm written communication (you’ll be DMing creators daily in the founder’s voice).
• Excellent organization — you can manage 50+ creator relationships without dropping threads.
• Comfort with Shopify, spreadsheets, and light reporting.

• Existing relationships with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle creators.
• Jewelry or apparel marketing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability.
