Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution and long-term strategy of Thrivin’s operational network. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics, managing warehouse operations, improving supplier performance, leading a critical ERP implementation, and building scalable processes capable of supporting 2–3x our current volume.

You will work closely with Leadership, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and external logistics partners to ensure operational excellence while protecting margins and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Global Operations Strategy: Oversee end-to-end operational workflows across multiple regions, identifying operational risks and developing scalable processes to support rapid business growth.

Logistics & Warehouse Management: Own relationships with 3PL partners and fulfillment centers, optimizing inbound/outbound logistics, freight costs, delivery KPIs, and overall operational readiness.

ERP Implementation & Integration: Lead the implementation of a new ERP platform from initial planning to go-live, ensuring seamless integration between the ERP, e-commerce platforms, WMS, and logistics providers.

Supplier & Carrier Governance: Negotiate SLAs, freight rates, and operational contracts with external partners while monitoring performance and taking corrective actions to reduce costs.

Process Improvement & Analytics: Build operational dashboards, establish standardized SOPs across regions, and drive continuous improvement across efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment management within an e-commerce or consumer goods business.
• Multi-Site & Global Expertise: Proven track record managing multiple warehouses, 3PLs, and international logistics operations.
• Systems Project Leadership: Hands-on experience leading ERP implementations or major enterprise system overhauls.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Demonstrated ability to negotiate supplier, carrier, and 3PL contracts to optimize service levels and reduce logistics costs.
• Analytical & Operational Acumen: Strong project management skills with a history of building scalable processes, SOPs, and performance dashboards in high-growth environments.

• ERP Platforms: Experience administering or implementing platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, or Oracle.
• Scale Experience: Prior background scaling supply chain operations for businesses generating $20M–$100M+ in annual revenue.
• Global Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs compliance, and global supply chain strategies.
• Business Intelligence: Hands-on experience using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to drive operational decision-making.
