Contract CMS Content Migration Specialist

We are seeking a Contract CMS Content Migration Specialist to support a high-priority mobile app content project. This role is focused on accurately migrating and populating structured content into Pimcore using existing translated materials. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work, and able to meet aggressive project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Populate content into Pimcore for a mobile application.
• Create, update, and maintain structured content objects within the CMS.
• Pull existing copy, links, and assets from current source materials across websites and other digital channels.
• Enter and manage content across 17 locales/languages.
• Support content migration for 10–12 products.
• Build and maintain approximately 8 content objects per product.
• Populate a large volume of structured content accurately and consistently.
• Work exclusively with existing translated content (no copywriting required).
• Follow established content models, workflows, and governance standards.
• Identify and communicate missing content, workflow issues, or blockers proactively.
• Track progress and help ensure project completion by the project deadline.

• Experience with CMS content entry, content migration, content operations, or high-volume digital content management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with structured content.
• Ability to manage repetitive, large-scale content population under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with multilingual or multi-locale content.
• Comfortable sourcing and organizing content from multiple existing platforms.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Availability for an immediate start and commitment through the duration of the project.

• Experience with Pimcore CMS.
• Background working with app, editorial, or digital content teams.
• Experience performing QA for structured CMS content.
• Familiarity with translation workflows and handling pre-translated content.
• Experience with enterprise-scale content migration projects.
