Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to cross-functional initiatives within a fast-growing consumer products company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across multiple teams, and excels at ensuring projects stay on track from planning through execution.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will oversee the company's project portfolio, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and drive accountability across departments. You'll play a key role in aligning teams, improving processes, and ensuring business priorities are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Portfolio Management

• Maintain a centralized project management system that tracks all active initiatives, timelines, owners, dependencies, and project status.
• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, proactively identifying risks, delays, and resource constraints.
• Ensure leadership has clear visibility into project progress through organized tracking systems such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Follow up with project owners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Escalate blockers and risks with clear recommendations for resolution.

Meeting Facilitation

• Lead recurring cross-functional standup meetings involving departments such as Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Sales, and Creative.
• Prepare meeting agendas by reviewing outstanding action items, blockers, and project updates.
• Facilitate productive discussions while keeping meetings focused and on schedule.
• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, and distribute timely recaps.
• Review previous action items to ensure accountability and project momentum.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary coordinator for initiatives involving multiple departments.
• Partner with department leaders to define project scope, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
• Prepare regular project status reports for leadership, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Continuously improve project management processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong experience facilitating recurring cross-functional meetings and driving accountability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a fully remote team.

Preferred

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification.
• Agile or Scrum certification (Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent).
• Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or product lines.
• Familiarity with ecommerce operations, including platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or omnichannel retail environments.
• Experience working in startup, founder-led, or rapidly growing organizations where processes are continually evolving.

• 3+ years of project management, program coordination, or operations experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand, or e-commerce/CPG environment, with proven ability to run cross-functional meetings, track concurrent workstreams, and communicate directly with leadership.

• PMP or CAPM certification, Agile/Scrum certification, experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously, and familiarity with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, or Target environments.

• Hands-on proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, monday.com, Notion, or Trello for tracking projects, timelines, owners, and dependencies.
