About the Role
The Account Manager is a senior project and stakeholder management role responsible for leading complex initiatives, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and serving as a strategic operational partner to the Production Lead.
This role combines project leadership, account management, execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate can independently manage projects, represent Trolley in meetings, maintain strong client and partner relationships, and ensure work moves forward from planning through delivery.
Unlike a traditional account manager, this role is expected to remain hands-on when needed. The person should be comfortable moving between strategy, planning, stakeholder communication, project management, operations, and execution.
