About the Role
Social Commerce & CX Coordinator (Remote)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Social Commerce & CX Coordinator to support the client's growing social commerce, creator, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced online environments, enjoys engaging with customers and creators, and has a strong interest in TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce.
As a Social Commerce & CX Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, supporting creator partnerships, and maintaining an engaging community experience across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Inbox Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages across social media channels, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining brand voice and service standards.
- Escalate customer concerns when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
TikTok Shop & Creator Operations
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop administrative and backend operations.
- Respond to creator inquiries and coordinate product sample requests.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, trackers, and operational records.
- Provide administrative support for creator campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Community Engagement & Moderation
- Actively engage with community members on Discord and other community platforms.
- Monitor conversations and help foster a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment.
- Support community-building efforts by interacting with creator content and facilitating meaningful engagement.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Ability to remain positive and composed during high-volume periods and when working with demanding customers or creators.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Genuine interest in TikTok, Instagram, creator marketing, social commerce, and online communities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating support schedule.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX), Customer Support, or Customer Success.
- Experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
- Community Management or Discord Moderation experience.
- Creator, Influencer, or Affiliate Program Operations experience.
- Social Media Management or Social Media Support experience.
