About the Role
We’re looking for our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to take recruitment off external agencies and build a hiring engine we own. We're scaling fast, and the company is about to multiply, meaning we need to hire the heads who run each function—marketing, ops, supply chain, growth—and the teams they build beneath them. This role is ideal for someone who judges people on whether they'll actually do the job, moves fast on strong candidates, and relentlessly protects the hiring bar.
Responsibilities include owning full-cycle hiring from sourcing to closing, building a pipeline that ends our dependence on agencies, sourcing senior leadership hires, and creating a documented system of assessments and scorecards so every hire gets easier. Decisions here are fast; you set the process, make the call, and own the outcome.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven sourcing expertise in DTC/ecom or tech scaleups.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to find candidates proactively rather than waiting for applications or filling handed-down requisitions.
- High autonomy and comfort building hiring systems and processes from zero rather than inheriting a ready-made playbook.
- Ability to make fast, independent decisions without requiring layers of sign-off.
- Proficient English, as we hire across the entire EU.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience scaling talent functions at high-growth companies.
- Background recruiting across multiple functions, specifically marketing, operations, supply chain, and growth.
- Familiarity with structured assessment tools and hiring scorecards.
