Job Title: Senior Manager, CRM & Affiliate Communications Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible) Employment Type: Full-Time
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, CRM & Affiliate Communications to lead and execute communication strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and sales performance within an affiliate network.
This role sits at the intersection of CRM, content marketing, and performance-driven communication. You will own the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong engagement, and measurable results.
Reporting into the Director of Loyalty + CRM, this position requires a hands-on operator with deep expertise in email marketing platforms, strong copywriting ability, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing (Affiliate Program)
- Own end-to-end email campaign execution including build, scheduling, and deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent)
- Create and manage data extensions and audience segmentation
- Develop and edit email copy aligned with campaign goals
- Build email assets using existing creative resources (basic design/editing)
- Conduct QA and coordinate approvals with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Leadership)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (KPIs, scorecards)
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with design teams when needed
- Adjust campaign calendars based on evolving business priorities
SMS Marketing
- Build, schedule, and deploy SMS campaigns end-to-end
- Maintain and manage SMS communication calendar
- Optimize messaging for engagement and conversion
Analytics & Operations
- Track, analyze, and report on email and SMS performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure best practices in list management, deliverability, and compliance
- Support ongoing optimization of communication strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM communications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for marketing communications
- Experience managing campaigns from development through reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, KPIs, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer marketing strategies
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in direct selling or multi-level marketing environments
- SMS marketing platform experience
- Basic Photoshop or creative asset editing skills
- Experience writing creative briefs and working with design teams

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of email marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong copywriting and project management skills, and proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution from development through reporting.
Nice-to-Have
- Direct seller or multi-level marketing experience, SMS platform expertise, Photoshop proficiency, creative briefing experience, and knowledge of email marketing industry standards and best practices.
