About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented NetSuite QA Analyst to join our offshore team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and ensuring the quality of NetSuite ERP configurations and customizations across retail and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with implementation and development teams to identify defects, validate business logic, and ensure seamless order-to-cash workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts for NetSuite modules including Sales Orders, Order Fulfilment, Returns, and Tax configurations
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across online, retail, and wholesale channels
- Validate end-to-end order-to-cash workflows including order creation, fulfilment, shipping, returns/refunds, and tax calculations
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Verify tax rules and compliance configurations across multiple jurisdictions (domestic and/or international)
- Validate data integrity across NetSuite integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, 3PL, payment gateways)
- Support go-live activities including smoke testing and post-deployment validation
- Contribute to QA documentation including test plans, test reports, and sign-off checklists

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience within a retail environment (online, brick-and-mortar, or wholesale)
- Hands-on experience testing NetSuite ERP, specifically:
- Sales Orders (online, retail POS, and wholesale)
- Order Fulfilment and shipping workflows
- Returns, RMAs, and credit memo processing
- Tax engine configuration and validation (e.g. SuiteTax or legacy tax groups)
- Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce order management processes
- Experience writing structured test cases and defect reports
- Familiarity with QA methodologies (functional, regression, UAT, smoke testing)
- Ability to work independently in an offshore/remote setting with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript or SuiteFlow (for understanding customization impacts on QA)
- Exposure to multi-channel retail integrations (Shopify, Amazon, EDI)
- Knowledge of NetSuite WMS or inventory management modules
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
- NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant)
Must-Have Skills
