About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of marketing, creative production, client management, and growth strategy. You will develop high-converting ad concepts, collaborate across teams, and manage client communications to drive growth across paid social channels in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities: -Develop 4–5 detailed creative briefs daily (outlining concepts, hooks, messaging, offers, and requirements). Iterate winning assets and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

-Partner with video editors and creative teams. Lead video production by establishing shot lists, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate with videographers and content creators to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

-Act as the primary creative contact. Proactively communicate campaign progress, manage approvals, and provide strategic guidance to maintain strong relationships.

-Collaborate with Media Buyers, Growth Managers, and teams across Brand, Lifecycle, Influencer, Social, and Amazon to align creative strategy with acquisition, retention, and conversion goals.

-Monitor paid media channels and key performance indicators (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversion). Identify trends and present data-driven optimization strategies.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Digital/Performance Marketing, Content Production, or a related field (Agency experience preferred).
  • Proven background developing direct-response/performance concepts for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows from ideation to final delivery.
  • Experience interpreting marketing data and managing client/stakeholder relationships directly.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with DTC, Ecommerce, CPG, Health & Wellness, or Consumer Brands.
  • Familiarity with UGC, creator-led content, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Experience leading creative teams.
  • Knowledge of full-funnel growth, customer acquisition, retention marketing, and conversion optimization.

Tools & Tech Stack

  • Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, analytics platforms, and creative project management tools.
