This is a scalp-first hair wellness brand built on the science of hair longevity.
Founded by a celebrity hairstylist and trichologist, the company believes healthy hair starts at the scalp. Its proprietary Cold Processed® method preserves the integrity of active ingredients, delivering products designed to support long-term hair health.
The brand operates across DTC, Amazon, and Sephora in the United States. With a small, high-performance team of under 20 people, it operates with intention, high standards, and a strong point of view on how the category should look, sound, and grow.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Content Lead to own and drive content strategy across every customer touchpoint.
This role sits at the center of content planning, execution, and performance. You will be responsible for building and managing the content calendar, aligning messaging across channels, and ensuring content supports both brand growth and business objectives.
Reporting directly to the founders and working closely with the Art Director, you will translate founder expertise into engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of strategy, project management, content creation, and AI-enabled execution.
What You’ll Own
- Content Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategy across:
- Organic Social Media
- Email Marketing
- Retail & Partner Content
- Align content with product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and retail calendar priorities.
- Content Calendar Management
- Build and manage a rolling, cross-channel content calendar.
- Coordinate publishing cadence across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, timing, and brand storytelling.
- Project Management & Workflow
- Own the content pipeline from brief to publication.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows using Asana.
- Run weekly content planning and briefing sessions.
- Channel Leadership
- Guide and review work produced by social and email team members.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all outputs.
Founder-Led Content
- Partner closely with founders to translate expertise, insights, and storytelling into scalable content.
- Develop thought leadership and educational content that strengthens brand authority.
Content Performance & Optimization
- Analyze content performance across channels.
- Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights.
- Continuously improve content strategy based on learnings.
AI-Powered Content Operations
- Integrate AI tools into planning, briefing, drafting, ideation, and analysis workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency using AI.
- Act as a champion for AI-enabled content production.

- 4+ years of content marketing experience
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or premium DTC brands
- Multi-channel content strategy and calendar ownership
