With a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Australia, the company continues to scale rapidly and is looking for a strategic and data-driven Acquisition Lead to drive customer growth across key international regions.
Position Overview
The client is seeking an experienced Acquisition Lead to oversee customer acquisition and revenue growth across the UK, Australia, and France. This role will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel performance marketing strategies, managing substantial advertising budgets, and driving measurable business outcomes through paid media initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise, has experience managing large-scale marketing investments, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to define revenue targets, budgets, and overall acquisition strategy across international markets.
- Build, scale, and optimize multi-million-dollar/pound paid media portfolios focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Own performance across key digital channels including Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to align channel strategies and ensure consistent execution across markets.
Growth & Optimization
- Drive performance against key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPO, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct attribution, incrementality, and effectiveness analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop testing roadmaps and optimization frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Leverage data and consumer insights to inform acquisition strategies and budget allocation decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative teams to develop, test, and iterate advertising concepts and campaigns.
- Work alongside Finance, Data, and Insights teams on forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and investment planning.
- Support broader media initiatives across channels such as podcasts, audio, television, streaming/OTT, and out-of-home advertising.
- Share market insights and strategic recommendations with stakeholders across the global organization.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and mentor acquisition team members, supporting professional development and channel expertise.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment around growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Proven expertise across Paid Social, Programmatic Advertising, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Demonstrated success managing and optimizing marketing budgets exceeding £5M or equivalent.
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth at scale across international markets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and performance reporting.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, or direct reports.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Exposure to Out-of-Home (OOH), Broadcast, Audio, or OTT/Streaming channels.
- SQL proficiency.
- Experience with attribution modeling and incrementality testing.
- Background working within high-growth DTC, consumer products, retail, or eCommerce brands.

- Experience with out-of-home (OOH), broadcast/streaming (OTT), audio channels, SQL proficiency, and demonstrated people leadership managing agencies and team members.
