About the Role
We're hiring a part-time growth video editor to support our paid media efforts. You'll take UGC and brand footage and turn it into high-performing paid ad creative — cutting variants, layering in promo overlays and captions, and resizing for every placement we run. This is a hands-on, high-volume editing role for someone who's fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside a performance marketing workflow.
What You'll Do:
*Edit and recut UGC and brand video footage into paid ad formats *Create multiple variants of each concept for testing *Add promo overlays, text, and captions *Resize and reformat assets for DTC, Amazon, and Sephora placements *Manage tasks through Asana and deliver finished files via Google Drive *Hit a 1–3 day turnaround per task
What We're Looking For:
*Proven experience editing short-form video for paid social / performance marketing *Strong command of editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) *An eye for pacing, captions, and hooks that work in a paid feed *Comfort working across multiple aspect ratios and platform specs *Reliable, self-managing, and responsive on quick turnarounds Bonus: familiarity with DTC, Amazon, or Sephora creative requirements
Details
Part-time contract, roughly 5–10 hours per week Remote Tools: Asana (task management), Google Drive (deliverables) Turnaround: 1–3 days per task
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience editing short-form video for paid social and performance marketing with strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with DTC, Amazon, or Sephora creative requirements and experience optimizing video for multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications.
