About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant based in Mexico to support daily operations, scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting executives, founders, or busy professionals. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, task tracking, document creation, workflow organization, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, scheduling, inboxes, and administrative workflows efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or high-level professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, projects, and communications across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with creating, documenting, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience using project management tools to track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows.
  • Previous experience managing vendor relationships, travel arrangements, and complex scheduling logistics.
  • Exposure to remote work environments and distributed teams.
