Amazon & TikTok Shop Marketplace Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly hands-on Marketplace Manager to own and scale our Amazon and TikTok Shop channels.
This role is responsible for driving marketplace growth, improving channel performance, managing day-to-day execution, and creating visibility into key performance metrics across both platforms.
The ideal candidate has deep experience with Amazon and TikTok Shop, understands how to optimize marketplace performance, can work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling revenue channels rather than simply reporting on them.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management and performance of Amazon and TikTok Shop. Manage Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations, including listings, catalog health, content optimization, compliance, and marketplace performance. Optimize Amazon product detail pages, imagery, A+ Content, and conversion-driving assets. Monitor and improve key marketplace metrics including sales, conversion rate, traffic, profitability, and marketplace health. Support Amazon advertising initiatives and collaborate with internal or external PPC partners. Own TikTok Shop operations, including product setup, merchandising, promotions, and campaign execution. Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth initiatives through affiliate, creator, and social commerce programs. Partner with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners to increase product visibility and marketplace revenue. Coordinate with creative teams to ensure marketplace assets, content, and product storytelling align with brand standards and conversion goals. Build and maintain marketplace reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights on channel performance. Analyze performance data across multiple systems and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and operational improvements. Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external partners supporting marketplace operations. Identify issues proactively and take ownership of resolving them without requiring extensive oversight.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience. Proven experience managing and growing TikTok Shop. Experience working with TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, or influencer-driven commerce programs. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Experience optimizing listings, product detail pages, imagery, and marketplace content. Experience building and maintaining ecommerce performance reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities within marketplace data. Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketplace performance. Strong communication and project management skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in baby, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer product brands. Experience working with Amazon PPC or coordinating with advertising teams. Experience scaling emerging marketplace channels. Familiarity with creator community management or affiliate programs. Experience working with offshore or remote teams.

No Amazon marketplace experience. No TikTok Shop experience. Experience limited to agency account support without direct ownership of results. Purely strategic backgrounds with limited hands-on execution. Lack of analytical ability or marketplace reporting experience.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management (Seller Central or Vendor Central) with proven TikTok Shop growth experience, strong listing optimization and marketplace reporting skills, and ability to work independently with analytical rigor.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Amazon PPC, creator/affiliate program management, baby/apparel/consumer product brands, scaling emerging marketplace channels, or managing remote/offshore teams.
