They are seeking a Performance Content Producer who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing to help scale their paid social advertising efforts.
About the Role
As a Performance Content Producer, you will own the concepting, editing, and production of high-volume paid social creative designed to drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who understands both what captures attention and what converts.
You will transform raw footage including UGC, studio, lifestyle, and product content into compelling, conversion-focused advertisements across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Working closely with Growth and Creative teams, you'll help shape creative strategy while delivering a consistent volume of high-quality ad assets each week.
This is a remote contract position requiring regular overlap with Eastern Time working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver 15–20 performance-focused ad creatives per week for paid social channels.
- Transform raw video footage into engaging, conversion-driven advertisements.
- Develop hooks, messaging angles, and creative concepts informed by performance data.
- Analyze creative performance using Motion or similar analytics platforms and apply insights to future content.
- Collaborate closely with Growth and Creative teams to align on priorities, testing strategies, and campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Stage and organize creatives within advertising platforms as needed.
- Stay current on DTC advertising trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience producing and editing performance marketing creative for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social advertisements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success creating high-volume creative while maintaining quality and strategic thinking.
- Experience leveraging creative analytics tools (Motion or equivalent) to guide content decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Ability to contribute both strategic concepts and hands-on execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback quickly.
- Experience with lifestyle, wellness, consumer products, or humor-driven brands is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Motion or creative analytics tools, background in humor-forward or wellness brands, and demonstrated ability to conceive creative strategy alongside execution.
Tools & Tech Stack
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Meta Ads Manager, Motion (or similar creative analytics platform), and familiarity with DTC social platforms including Meta and TikTok.
