Operations Manager

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and highly organized Operations Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our sales, customer service, and warehouse operations. More importantly, you will be the architect of our operational infrastructure. We don't have a legacy, polished operations stack today—and that’s by design. You will define the processes, select the tools, and lay down the rails to support our rapid scaling. The ideal candidate is a proactive builder who would rather invent the playbook than inherit it, possessing the grit to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, coordinate LTL freight networks, and resolve carrier claims. Responsibilities include orchestrating cross-functional logistics, designing fulfillment SOPs from scratch, maintaining flawless inventory data integrity, and continuously transforming operational bottlenecks into scalable system fixes.

• 3+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working within an e-commerce, D2C, or product distribution environment.
• The "Builder Mentality": A documented track record of creating workflows, systems, and operational processes from scratch.
• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle and reconciling inventory data with physical warehouse stock.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for daily interaction with carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams.
• Startup agility with the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and remain calm under pressure.
• Full availability to work standard US business hours to align effectively with domestic carrier networks.

• Prior experience managing heavy, bulky, or fragile logistics (e.g., building materials, furniture, or large-format goods).
• Hands-on experience with LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight routing, carrier management, and tracking shipment exceptions.
• Proven experience filing, managing, and aggressively pursuing freight damage claims with third-party carriers to full resolution.
• Experience selecting, implementing, and migrating teams onto new software tools or automation workflows.
