About the Role
We’re looking for a highly agile and trend-focused E-commerce & TikTok Shop Specialist to maximize conversion and sales within TikTok Shop through strategic catalog curation, visual asset optimization, and aligning product offerings with the platform's viral trends. This role requires someone who can manage multiple operational priorities, troubleshoot listing issues in real time, and blend analytical data with creative intuition to capture social commerce growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience with digital shelf management, an understanding of the native User-Generated Content (UGC) aesthetic, and the ability to pivot strategies rapidly based on algorithmic trends. Responsibilities include full catalog and Seller Center management, optimizing SKUs for the TikTok algorithm, preparing product syncs for Live Shopping events, executing flash sales, and analyzing the in-app sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in E-commerce operations (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Mercado Libre).
- At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience focused specifically on TikTok Shop or high-growth Social Commerce.
- Complete mastery of the TikTok Seller Center ecosystem, including product listing, compliance, and backend management.
- Proven ability to manage catalog compliance, including troubleshooting suppressed listings, attribute errors, and compliance flags.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and analyzing the in-app sales funnel (from product impressions and click-throughs to cart adds and final conversions).
- High level of English proficiency (C1–C2 level) with strong professional communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Agile problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot product strategies within hours based on viral video relevance or trending topics.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic design and video editing skills using creative tools to quickly touch up visual assets.
- A strong creative sensitivity and deep understanding of the platform's native UGC aesthetic and "trend jacking" strategies.
- Experience coordinating catalog inventory, coupons, and promotional discounts specifically timed with Live Shopping events and flash sales.
- Familiarity with cross-functional workflows involving internal creative, marketing, operations, and legal/compliance teams.
