We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing & Content Operations Assistant to support a growing lifestyle and affiliate marketing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and high-converting product collages for fashion, skincare, wellness, home décor, and travel content.
• Source and link products across affiliate platforms including ShopMy, LTK, and Amazon.
• Assist with publishing content to Instagram and other social platforms as needed.
• Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and Substack posts, including affiliate link integration.
• Help manage engagement and community interactions across two Instagram accounts.
• Assist with content planning, organization, and content creation projects.
• Support various marketing initiatives and special projects.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and confident learning and navigating new platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
• Experience with Canva is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Associates, or similar programs is highly preferred.
• Experience using AI tools and social media platforms is a significant advantage.

• Experience with Canva, affiliate marketing platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Associates), AI tools, and social media management; background in content creation or marketing is advantageous.

• Canva, ShopMy, LTK, Amazon affiliate platform, Instagram, email marketing/Substack, and general social media platforms.
