About the Role

Logistics Coordinator

About the Role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Logistics team. In this role, you'll be at the center of our inbound supply chain — managing day-to-day freight activity, working closely with freight forwarders, and ensuring our shipments move efficiently from origin to warehouse. You'll be expected to hit the ground running and grow with us as we continue to evolve our tools, processes, and use of technology.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day Operations

  • Monitor and manage inbound shipments from origin to delivery, including landed cost tracking and status updates.
  • Ensure vendors book freight quotes accurately and on time, tracking shipment booking milestones and deadlines.
  • Collaborate directly with freight forwarders to manage bookings, documentation, and exception handling.
  • Support customs clearance by coordinating required documentation with customs brokers.
  • Proactively monitor shipment status and communicate delays, holds, or issues to relevant departments before they escalate.
  • Utilize and optimize tools such as Flexport and internal systems, including AI-assisted workflows and automation, while adapting to evolving processes.
  • Own and maintain landed cost data entry.
  • Develop and maintain shipment tracking dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Support product launch readiness by monitoring delivery windows and identifying potential risks for relevant teams.

Required

  • 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders such as Flexport, Expeditors, Kuehne+Nagel, or similar providers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, report building, and pattern identification.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools and platforms for drafting communications, generating insights, and automating repetitive workflows.
  • Familiarity with customs documentation processes and coordination with customs brokers.
  • Background in inbound international freight operations, including ocean, air, and intermodal transportation.
  • Exposure to landed cost calculations and freight invoice reconciliation.

Who Thrives in This Role You're organized, communicative, and comfortable working across teams. You embrace new tools rather than resist them — and you see AI not as a threat, but as something that makes your work sharper and faster. You ask good questions, flag issues early, and take pride in keeping things moving.

Why Join Us A collaborative team that values transparency, initiative, and continuous improvement Real ownership from day one — you'll have a direct impact on how our supply chain operates An environment that invests in tools, automation, and ways of working that keep us ahead Deepen your expertise as our logistics operations evolve and expand

Must-Have Skills
