About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our expanding creative team. In this role, you will be a key driver in bringing our premium brand identity to life across digital, print, e-commerce, retail, and marketing channels.
The ideal candidate possesses a refined design portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of working with premium consumer brands ideally within the apparel, sports, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce spaces. You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, creative, and product development teams to ensure absolute brand consistency while delivering high-impact assets that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Design high-converting visuals for email campaigns, paid social advertising, website promotions, and dedicated landing pages.
Social Media Content: Create compelling, platform-specific visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Campaign Execution: Develop graphics supporting major product launches, seasonal collections, promotional events, and brand storytelling initiatives.
Brand Identity Evolution: Maintain, safeguard, and actively evolve the brand's visual identity across all customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with premium market positioning.
Web Merchandising: Design homepage graphics, collection page headers, web banners, and digital asset packages for new product drops.
User Experience (UX) Support: Partner with the e-commerce team to optimize digital visual merchandising and elevate the online shopper journey.
Optimization: Support ongoing creative testing, conversion-focused design initiatives, and routine website updates.
Print & Packaging Design Marketing Collateral: Design premium print catalogs, brochures, event marketing assets, and trade show signage.
Production Readiness: Prepare flawless, production-ready files and coordinate technical specifications directly with printing vendors.
Product Presentation: Support specialized structural packaging and product presentation design initiatives.
Content Creation & Multi-Functional Collaboration Art Direction Support: Assist with creative conceptualization and storyboarding for lifestyle photo and video shoots.
Asset Maximization: Transform raw photography, video assets, and existing brand resources into versatile, multi-channel marketing graphics.
Image Retouching: Execute high-end photo retouching and color optimization across various media outputs.
Project Management: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions while independently managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience handling consumer brands.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing excellence across digital, e-commerce, and multi-channel marketing layouts.
- Advanced mastery of typography, grid systems, page layout, color theory, and minimalist brand principles.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines independently without sacrificing meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively across cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience working within premium lifestyle, fashion, golf, sports, or luxury consumer goods.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and e-commerce marketing paradigms.
- Basic motion graphics design or video editing capabilities utilizing Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- A strong understanding of performance-driven, conversion-focused design layouts for paid acquisition.
