You'd be a fit if: • You have 4–6 years in strategy, consulting, or operations at a high-growth company • You’re energized by ambiguity and love turning chaos into clarity • You have experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable results • You’re deeply analytical and systems-oriented but practical and grounded • You thrive working with executives and can influence without authority • You believe in customer-first thinking even when behind the scenes • You embrace the reality of high-ownership roles: when priorities demand extra time or weekend effort, you step up without resistance and take pride in delivering results Key Responsibilities • Act as a true extension of the CEO by prioritizing, structuring, and executing strategic initiatives while maximizing the CEO’s time, focus, and energy • Anticipate needs, surface risks, and drive follow-through • Actively optimize people, processes, and systems across the business, particularly in HR, recruiting, and cross-department collaboration • Design, implement, and continuously improve people and operating processes, with a strong emphasis on HR, recruiting, and leadership workflows • Drive adoption of tools, AI automations, and systems (e.g., workflow automation, documentation, internal tooling) that materially improve efficiency and clarity • Facilitate weekly executive meetings, quarterly planning, and ongoing accountability against priorities • Own internal communications, board prep, investor updates, and high-stakes executive materials • Identify organizational blockers and inefficiencies and act on them with urgency and sound judgment • Deliver direct, thoughtful feedback and apply feedback immediately when received • Lead recruiting directly for priority roles and support broader org design and scaling efforts

Must-Have Skills

  • 4–6 years in strategy, consulting, or operations at a high-growth company with demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects, influence without authority, and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI automations, workflow optimization tools, board-level communication, and scaling recruiting/HR functions in fast-moving organizations.

Tools & Tech Stack

  • Workflow automation platforms, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion), HR systems, and AI automation tooling for process optimization.
