About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social media execution for a fast-growing AI-powered platform operating within the creator economy and social commerce space.

This is a multi-platform role with LinkedIn as the primary channel, followed by TikTok and Instagram/Meta. You will manage the full content lifecycle from planning and creation to publishing, engagement, and performance reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and is comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution, including light video editing and content repurposing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Primary)

  • Own and execute social media content across LinkedIn (primary), TikTok, and Instagram/Meta
  • Build and maintain structured content calendars aligned with growth objectives
  • Manage posting cadence, publishing workflows, and community engagement
  • Tailor messaging, tone, and format to each platform
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide performance insights

Content Creation & Light Video Editing

  • Translate product features into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content
  • Create and repurpose short-form video (long-form to short-form)
  • Use editing and AI tools to streamline content production
  • Develop carousels, product explainers, insight-driven posts, and industry commentary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content inputs and align messaging

Paid & Growth Support

  • Support paid campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta
  • Assist in testing creatives, audiences, and messaging variations
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting summaries
  • Track KPIs across organic and paid channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and acquisition

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on social media management experience
  • Proven execution across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram/Meta
  • Experience in SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce environments preferred
  • Ability to edit and repurpose short-form video using editing or AI tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ownership of content calendars
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid acquisition (LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta; Google Ads a plus)
  • Exposure to product marketing or go-to-market support
  • Ability to translate product features into educational or conversion-driven content

  • LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout)
  • Basic video editing tools
  • Analytics platforms (Google Analytics or native platform insights)

Deal Breakers

  • Strategy-only background with no hands-on execution
  • No experience with short-form video editing or repurposing
  • No demonstrated experience managing multiple social platforms

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on social media management
  • Proven execution across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram/Meta
  • Experience working with SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce brands

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Paid acquisition campaign experience (LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Product marketing support experience
  • Strong storytelling and educational content creation skills
