Job Title: CRO / Offer Optimization Manager
Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a performance-driven operator focused on increasing conversion rate and average order value through pricing, promotion, merchandising, and offer strategy. In this role, you will optimize what happens after traffic arrives — including landing pages, bundle structure, upsells, pricing architecture, and promotional mechanics — while contributing to overall revenue growth and downstream efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-Build and optimize high-converting offers across ecommerce brands
-Improve AOV and conversion rate without hurting efficiency
-Develop pricing, promotion, and bundle strategies
-Test inline upsells, post-purchase upsells, and other merchandising levers
-Partner with affiliate/media buying teams to improve downstream economics
-Analyze landing pages and identify opportunities to improve monetization
-Use experimentation, data, and judgment to find the next growth lever
-Move quickly and operate independently in a scrappy, performance-oriented environment
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of CRO, offer optimization, ecommerce growth, or merchandising experience with demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, landing page optimization, bundle design, and AOV/CVR tradeoffs.
Nice-to-Have
- Background at high-growth ecommerce operators like Golden Hippo or Blissy, proficiency with AI tools for copywriting and creative testing, and experience optimizing upsell flows and post-purchase monetization.
Tools & Tech Stack
- Landing page builders, A/B testing platforms, analytics dashboards, and ecommerce platforms for pricing/promotion management; specific tools depend on the brand stack but should include experimentation and data analysis capabilities.
