About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and can proactively identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects forward in fast-paced environments. Experience with project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and project management tools is essential.
Responsiblities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
- Define project scope, goals, and success metrics with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Lead cross-functional teams; run standups, status meetings, and reviews
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, changes, and blockers
- Manage project budget, forecasts, and vendor/partner coordination
- Ensure project documentation is up to date (requirements, decisions, changes)
- Facilitate change requests and impact assessments
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
Key skills/experience:
- 3–7 years project management or related experience
- Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with project tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methods
- Problem solving and decision-making under time pressure
- Relevant certification a plus (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, etc.)
Must-Have Skills
- 3–7 years of project management or operations experience with demonstrated ability to own end-to-end project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Tools & Tech Stack
- Project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
