About the Role

Job Title: Creative Designer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Creative Designer who can produce a high volume of performance-focused creative assets for a fast-growing, 9-figure DTC supplement brand.

This is not a traditional brand designer role. The ideal candidate understands that creative is one of the largest growth levers in paid acquisition and can consistently turn concepts, customer insights, and marketing briefs into assets that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

You will work closely with Growth, Paid Media, Retention, and Creative Strategy teams to develop ad creatives, landing page assets, email graphics, and campaign materials across Meta, TikTok, Google, email, and the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social Creative *Design static ads for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and display channels *Create variations of winning concepts to support ongoing testing *Develop performance-focused graphics based on customer pain points, objections, benefits, and testimonials *Produce multiple creative iterations weekly to support media buying efforts *Adapt creative for different audience segments, products, and offers

Landing Pages & Website Assets *Design graphics, icons, banners, comparison charts, and supporting visual assets for landing pages

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing *Design assets for email campaigns, SMS promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns

AI-Powered Creative Production *Use AI tools to accelerate design workflows and asset creation

Required Qualifications:

*3+ years of graphic design experience *Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and performance marketing work *Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) *Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels *Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles *Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines *Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands *Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, health, or consumer products *Understanding of direct-response advertising principles *Experience designing for Replo, Shopify, or ecommerce landing pages *Familiarity with motion graphics and light video editing

Success Metrics:

*Creative output volume and turnaround time *Percentage of creative requests delivered on schedule *Contribution to creative testing velocity *Quality and consistency of assets across channels

Ideal Candidate:

*Thinks like a marketer, not just a designer *Understands customer psychology and consumer behavior *Can balance speed with quality *Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment *Obsessed with improving creative performance *Naturally curious about AI and emerging creative technologies *Takes ownership and requires minimal supervision

Bonus Points:

*You've worked on brands spending $500k+/month on Meta *You've designed creatives that have scaled to seven or eight figures in revenue *You actively use AI tools daily to increase output and improve creative quality *You can explain why a creative will perform, not just why it looks good.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience with proven portfolio in both brand and performance marketing, advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and paid social channels.

Nice-to-Have

  • DTC ecommerce or supplement/wellness brand experience, direct-response advertising knowledge, Replo/Shopify landing page design, motion graphics and light video editing skills, and daily use of AI tools for creative acceleration.

Tools & Tech Stack

  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and AI-powered design tools.
