About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Communications Designer to create compelling visual assets across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and other customer-facing channels. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through high-quality digital design.

Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for social media campaigns, including both organic and paid content.
  • Create email marketing graphics and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Develop static and light-motion display ads for acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, content, and paid media teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Design assets for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize designs for platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of professional digital design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media, email marketing, and advertising creative.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email marketing channels.
  • Experience within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM PST.

Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Experience supporting acquisition and retention marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and paid media teams.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation experience.
  • Familiarity with creative testing and performance optimization.
