About the Role
We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to create high-impact animated content that supports marketing campaigns, paid advertising, brand storytelling, and product launches. This role will focus on producing engaging motion graphics and video assets across digital channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and other marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong experience creating performance-driven creative, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate campaign concepts into compelling motion content that drives engagement and results.
Responsibilities:
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video assets for paid social campaigns.
- Develop engaging short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Animate typography, illustrations, product visuals, and brand assets.
- Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics to improve engagement and performance.
- Optimize creative assets for platform-specific requirements and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all animated content.
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, platform updates, and emerging creative techniques.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of professional Motion Design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating motion graphics for paid social and digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and performance-focused creative work.
- Experience producing short-form video content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and creative strategists.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working remotely while maintaining PST working hours.

- Experience working with Fintech brands or products.
- Knowledge of platform-specific creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience animating typography, illustrations, and product-focused creative assets.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and creative optimization principles.

- Understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance-driven content production.
