Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager will lead day-to-day social content execution, community engagement, content planning, and growth initiatives across platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage social media calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook Create engaging social content aligned with brand strategy Coordinate with creators, influencers, editors, and designers Monitor trends, memes, platform updates, and viral opportunities Manage community engagement and audience interactions Analyze social performance metrics and optimize content strategies Assist with campaign launches and product promotions Qualifications 3+ years of social media management experience Strong understanding of fitness, wellness, and supplement audiences Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends Strong copywriting and creative ideation skills Experience working with creators and UGC content
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of social media management experience with demonstrated expertise in fitness/wellness/supplement audiences, TikTok and Instagram trends, and creator/UGC content collaboration.
Nice-to-Have
- Advanced copywriting, video editing, influencer relationship management, and experience with viral trend identification and meme culture.
