Marketing Director
Role Overview The Marketing Director will lead brand growth, campaign strategy, product marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives for the brand.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies Lead campaign planning across paid, organic, influencer, retail, and partnerships Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives Collaborate with creative, social, growth, and partnerships teams Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity Manage launch strategies for new products and campaigns Own brand positioning and messaging consistency
Qualifications 7+ years of brand or growth marketing experience Experience in supplements, fitness, wellness, or consumer brands preferred Strong understanding of DTC marketing ecosystems Proven ability to scale consumer brands Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of brand or growth marketing experience with proven ability to scale consumer brands and deep understanding of DTC marketing ecosystems.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in supplements, fitness, wellness, or consumer brands with experience in influencer marketing and retail partnerships.
Tools & Tech Stack
- Marketing analytics and campaign management platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing software, CRM systems, and project management tools).
