About the Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to support day-to-day campaign coordination, project management, and cross-functional execution across a dynamic marketing organization. This role is critical in ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, aligned across teams, and executed with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple teams
  • Coordinate campaign launches, marketing initiatives, and creative production schedules
  • Maintain and optimize task management systems and reporting dashboards
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in project management or marketing operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Experience collaborating across teams to execute marketing campaigns efficiently
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Must-Have Skills
