About the Role

Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual assets across digital marketing channels. This role will support brand campaigns, social media initiatives, paid advertising, email marketing, website content, and promotional launches while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for paid social campaigns, email marketing, websites, and organic social media channels.
  • Support campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, social media, and marketing teams to execute compelling visual content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Create graphics optimized for performance marketing, audience engagement, and conversion goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media creative work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience using Figma for design and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing creative best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Background in fitness, wellness, health, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience designing assets for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of creative optimization for engagement and conversion metrics.

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma

Must-Have Experience

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience.
