About the Role
Role Overview: The Experiential & Field Marketing Manager will lead event activations, field marketing programs, brand experiences, and grassroots growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: -Plan and execute experiential marketing campaigns and events -Coordinate trade shows, pop-ups, athlete activations, and community events -Manage field marketing teams and brand ambassadors -Develop local marketing initiatives to drive awareness and engagement -Coordinate logistics, staffing, vendors, and event operations -Track event performance and ROI
Must-Have Skills
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experiential or field marketing experience
- Experience within fitness, wellness, sports, or CPG brands preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Nice-to-Have
- Background in fitness, wellness, sports, or CPG brands; experience with athlete activations, brand ambassador programs, or grassroots growth initiatives.
Tools & Tech Stack
- Event management platforms, project management software (Asana, Monday, or similar), CRM systems, and analytics tools for tracking event ROI and performance metrics.
