About the Role
Job Title: Director, TikTok & TikTok Shop
Role Overview:
The Director of TikTok & TikTok Shop will own overall TikTok growth strategy, live commerce initiatives, creator partnerships, and TikTok Shop revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute TikTok growth and monetization strategies *Lead TikTok Shop operations, promotions, and creator collaborations *Build scalable live shopping and affiliate programs *Analyze platform trends and identify growth opportunities *Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and platform partners *Oversee TikTok content strategy focused on conversion and engagement *Collaborate with media buying and creative teams to maximize performance
Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience in TikTok growth, social commerce, or performance marketing *Proven success scaling TikTok Shop revenue *Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and creator ecosystems *Experience managing creator affiliate programs *DTC experience strongly preferred
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of TikTok growth, social commerce, or performance marketing experience with proven track record scaling TikTok Shop revenue and managing creator affiliate programs.
Nice-to-Have
- DTC (direct-to-consumer) background, live commerce expertise, and deep familiarity with creator ecosystem partnerships and platform trend analysis.
Tools & Tech Stack
- TikTok Shop platform, TikTok analytics and creator management tools, social commerce platforms, and performance marketing/attribution software.
