About the Role
Role Overview The Director of Marketing Operations will lead cross-functional marketing execution, operational processes, project management systems, and team coordination across the organization. This person will ensure campaigns, launches, and initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time while improving operational visibility and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize marketing operations workflows across multiple departments
- Build and maintain project management systems, timelines, and processes
- Oversee campaign execution from planning through launch
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
- Manage cross-functional communication between creative, growth, social, influencer, and product teams
- Improve operational efficiency, reporting, and accountability across the marketing organization
- Lead project managers and operational team members
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and approvals are consistently met
- Develop SOPs and scalable operational frameworks
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing
- Strong experience in fast-paced DTC, consumer goods, or agency environments
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Expertise with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously
Nice-to-Have
- Experience optimizing cross-functional workflows,
- Developing scalable SOPs, building reporting systems, and managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
