About the Role

We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Strategist to scale a high-performing content engine and drive measurable growth through innovative storytelling.

This is not a traditional creative role. You will operate at the intersection of performance marketing, content strategy, and creative production—responsible for developing and executing ideas that directly impact revenue.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed, experimentation, and results matter. This role requires both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, from campaign ideation to daily content output.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Content Creation Lead concepting, copywriting, scripting, and creative direction for high-performing ads and social content across platforms.

Scale Creative Output Own creative production velocity by building systems, workflows, and AI-powered processes to deploy large volumes of content efficiently.

Develop Growth Strategies Create and iterate on playbooks, UGC frameworks, testing strategies, and new creative formats to unlock scalable growth.

Analyze & Optimize Performance Use performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, hook rate, thumbstop rate, etc.) to continuously refine and improve creative output.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, product, content, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all touchpoints.

Leverage AI Tools Integrate AI into ideation, production, and optimization workflows to enhance speed, quality, and output.

Customer-Centric Storytelling Develop customer personas and craft content aligned with different stages of the marketing funnel.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or performance marketing roles
  • Proven experience scaling creative output in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and content metrics
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
  • Highly organized and able to operate at speed in fast-paced teams
  • Ability to think from the customer’s perspective in all creative work

  • Well-organized and operate at a high creative velocity, thriving in fast-paced, bottoms-up teams.
  • Love storytelling but live for results, with a keen eye for branding, detail, and copy.
  • Can apply our customers' lens to everything you create, ensuring our message always resonates.
