We are seeking an AI Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, eCommerce, and artificial intelligence.
This role is focused on creating high-converting product imagery, lifestyle visuals, advertising creatives, landing page assets, and marketing graphics using the latest AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI-assisted design workflows and can rapidly produce premium-quality visual assets that drive engagement and conversion.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for someone who embraces an AI-first approach to creative production, constantly experiments with emerging technologies, and can significantly accelerate creative output without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Creative Production
- Create product imagery, lifestyle scenes, and advertising creatives using AI tools and platforms
- Generate photorealistic product renders and high-quality marketing visuals
- Develop before-and-after concepts, educational graphics, and product demonstration assets
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing, optimization, and campaign scaling
Marketing & Advertising Design
- Design assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, email marketing, websites, and landing pages
- Create conversion-focused creative aligned with direct-response marketing objectives
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Creative teams on campaign concepts and execution
- Workflow Development & Optimization
- Build and improve AI-assisted creative workflows to increase production efficiency
- Continuously explore new AI tools and technologies to enhance creative output
- Streamline design processes and identify opportunities to reduce turnaround times
Creative Quality & Brand Consistency
- Edit, refine, and enhance AI-generated assets using Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools
- Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency and visual excellence
- Apply strong design fundamentals including composition, typography, storytelling, and branding principles
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of graphic design, creative production, or eCommerce design experience
- Advanced proficiency with AI image-generation tools and workflows
- Strong prompting skills with the ability to consistently generate high-quality outputs
- Experience creating direct-response marketing and eCommerce creative assets
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have
- Beauty, cosmetics, oral care, wellness, or consumer products industry experience
- Experience designing for DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands
- Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and eCommerce creative best practices
- Experience creating UGC-style and conversion-focused advertising creatives
