  • Experience reviewing long-form podcast content
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Frame.io or similar video review and collaboration platforms (e.g., Vimeo Review, Wipster, Screenlight)
  • Familiarity with YouTube, social media content, and creator workflows

  • Reduction in post-publication fixes and re-uploads
  • Fast turnaround on content reviews
  • Continuous improvement of editorial quality standards

Non-Negotiable:

  • If something looks perfect but sounds bad, it fails QA.
  • This role exists to protect the brand by ensuring every piece of content sounds professional, polished, and enjoyable to consume before it reaches the audience.

  • 2+ years in content QA, post-production review, or media operations with strong audio production knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and proven experience reviewing long-form podcast content.

Nice-to-Have

  • Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, familiarity with Figma for graphic assets, podcast production background, YouTube operations experience, and exposure to Descript or Riverside.
