About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sponsor Support Specialist to help deliver an exceptional experience for sponsors from signed agreement through campaign completion.
This role works closely with the Sponsor Relationship Manager and supports the execution, coordination, and operational management of sponsorship campaigns. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, communication remains proactive, and sponsors receive a world-class experience that drives long-term partnerships and renewals.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsor Communication & Campaign Support
- Support the Sponsor Relationship Manager in day-to-day sponsor communication and campaign execution
- Assist with sponsor onboarding and campaign launch processes
Serve as a coordination point between sponsors and internal teams
- Ensure sponsor requests and inquiries are handled accurately and promptly
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate ad reads, creative assets, tracking links, and campaign deliverables
- Ensure sponsorship obligations are executed correctly and on schedule
- Monitor campaign timelines and proactively identify potential risks or delays
Support campaign launches and completion activities
- Reporting & Record Management
- Maintain accurate sponsor records, campaign calendars, and reporting dashboards
- Prepare campaign performance updates and sponsor-facing reports
- Ensure all sponsorship documentation remains organized and up to date
- Track campaign milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
Retention & Partnership Support
- Monitor renewal dates and upcoming contract expirations
- Flag potential upsell, expansion, or renewal opportunities to the Sponsor Relationship Manager
- Help improve sponsor satisfaction through proactive communication and operational excellence
- Contribute to long-term sponsor retention initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, operations, partnerships, and other internal teams
- Coordinate information flow between departments to ensure successful campaign execution
- Assist with live events, sponsorship activations, and special projects as needed
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve sponsor workflows, reporting, and campaign management processes
- Contribute ideas that enhance sponsor satisfaction, operational efficiency, and retention outcomes

- Knowledge of sponsorship, advertising, and affiliate partnership programs
- Experience supporting DTC, eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer brands
- Exposure to campaign reporting and partnership performance tracking
