About the Role
Job Title: Brand Designer
Job Type: Part-time / Remote
Work Hours: 20-40 Hours per Week
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a Brand Designer to translate business objectives into compelling, cohesive creative across print, digital, and experiential channels. In this role, you will take ownership from concept through production while contributing to high-performing, brand-aligned creative across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate & execute evergreen/event concepts across multiple channels including, but not limited to: Paid, Social, Email and Print
- Develop cohesive creative assets & concepts that are in-line with both internal messaging and creative guidelines, building upon the established brand identity
- Use historical data to guide creative decision making, ultimately developing assets that resonate across profiles & personas both familiar and unfamiliar with the ecosystem
- Own and manage overlapping campaign timelines, balancing high-volume deliverables across channels while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines
- Interpret briefs and/or business goals into high-performing creative
- Maintain and implement Brand Guidelines across a variety of marketing & social channels, including:
- Paid & Organic content (static & motion)
- Print collateral such as packaging materials, direct mail, retail POS, etc.
- Website landing pages and all associated content
- Design for offline/experiential brand activations
- Enact Brand Storytelling and maintain synergy throughout all marketing channels:
- Participate in creative testing for paid marketing channels and use these insights to expand the brand visual toolkit & top performing creative strategies
- Collaborate with external freelancers and resources as needed to produce content while enforcing the brand identity
- Support the Associate Design Director in ensuring evergreen and campaign-specific design direction strategies are supported across all marketing assets
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of brand design experience with proven expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling across print, digital, and social channels, plus a strong portfolio demonstrating DTC brand development.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with creative testing, motion design, experiential brand activations, and cross-functional collaboration with external freelancers or agencies.
Tools & Tech Stack
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, AfterEffects, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and Figma for web design.
